An issue has been identified affecting integrated terminals using Terminal Connect, as well as the VostroPay Merchant & Partner Portal.
Terminals: Merchants processing transactions via integrated terminals with Terminal Connect may experience slow transaction timeouts, which could result in declined transactions.
VostroPay Merchant & Partner Portal: Merchants attempting to log in to the portal may encounter a timeout and be temporarily unable to access the portal.
